accounts that just repost art from other people really give me an ick. even if i adore the art- no, especially if i adore the art -i most certainly want to see it posted by the original artist. copy-pasting someone else's hard work like that is just sloppy engagement farming.
"but the artist only posts on twitter!!" damn, that sucks. still don't like you stealing their work for likes, though. perhaps you could politely ask the artist to share their art here so you can boost it.
failing that, i must inform you that you still do not have the right to repost their art.
consider this a rule of thumb if any of y'all wanna share my work off-platform: link it! if that's not ideal, politely ask me to share on the platform of your choosing. can't guarantee i'll be active, but i'm unlikely to turn down free exposure
except for twitter, that app can rot ;p
