@parisba good grief this is absolutely horrible, i'm so sorry you're going through all this.
fwiw, i am not convinced that your support chats (from the screenshots included) were with a real person. its coldness reeks of a copy/paste script at best, but likely an LLM. best i could suggest is to push harder for an escalation- making your support tickets an actual burden until someone steps in to properly look over your case.
either way, really hope you can get your account back- i do not envy your position :(
