NARRATOR: Fascinatingly, this was enabled by default.
unity hub's privacy settings. there is a single checkbox called "opt-in for analytics". it is already enabled. "This selection is saved on your current device only. If you use the same account on another device it will revert back to default settings and you will need to select your preferences again."
