@boggo @eniko do we have a better method, though? as far as i'm aware, the only other 3D rendering technique out there worth using is ray tracing, and despite what nvidia will tell you, it's not exactly suited for real-time applications

i wanted to understand cat noises a little better, so i pulled up a youtube video on the subject. a highlighted section showed the vocalisation of a cat in heat.

my cat, hearing this through my open-back headphones, just turned 180 to me in disgust like she just caught me watching porn
