@rick oops, some clarification: while i'm unfamiliar with where exactly the ANGLE project fits into all this, the work here should enable wayland support for the chromium embedded framework, which many apps (such as OBS and steam) use to embed web-based content. this is a huge development for those apps, which should (hopefully) only need to pull from upstream in the near future!
